Lawsuit loan and lawsuit insurance
Have you ever considered whether hiring a lawyer should be for free, as some people advocate? No lawsuit loan would be necessary as the State would pay... Justice for all is a noble ideal, but government interventionism is certainly not the way to achieve it. The main thesis sustained by libertarians against government lawsuit loans or lawsuit vouchers is that people should be responsible for their own lives, and therefore the insurance industry can cover most of these situations. A civil responsibility and overal litigation insurance is an excellent product to have and an alternative to a lawsuit loan. You will pay a small amount of money every year and when you need to endeavor into a costly litigation, your insurer will pay instead of you needing to apply for a lawsuit loan (or else complain at the government so they pay for your lawsuit out of taxpayer money).
